Whilst experience is useful, more important to us is that you can show us that that you are reliable, organised, flexible, and have a caring nature.   

We offer all the training you will need. Completion of the Care Certificate is free. A comprehensive paid shadowing program to get you started and the opportunity to complete RQF qualifications. We are a small community of carers who have the same objective. Providing the best possible care they can. 

We can offer work to suit your changing commitments and lifestyle, from a few hours a week to full time.  

You will need your own transport to travel between clients, and will receive 40 pence per mile travel allowance throughout your daily schedule (including from and to your home at the start and end of the day). We offer good hourly rates depending on the time of day or night. Plus enhanced rates for all Bank Holidays. Please contact us for the current rates, we will be happy to hear from you. Rates are reviewed annually by all carers/members involved in the company.
